Sales quota expectations could be discrimination.

   I am working as a salesperson and last year my employer implemented a policy requiring a minimum number of sales from every employee each month. I consistently met quota until two months ago when I was required to miss four days each month for treatment for ongoing medical issues I am dealing with.  After not meeting the minimum number of sales two months in a row, I was fired. This policy applies equally to every employee and not just me, and I don’t think my employer intended to discriminate against me – it’s just the policy. Is this discrimination?
