Marnie J. Taylor

Marnie is an associate at Ross & McBride LLP, practising in the Business Law Group.
 
She joins the firm after working with a national law firm at their offices in both Vancouver and Toronto, and a multi-national law firm at their office in New York. Marnie has gained extensive experience in all aspects of business matters, including direct involvement in transactional work such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, asset and share purchase transactions and secured and unsecured financings.
 
Marnie obtained her Bachelor of Social Science (Hons.) in Criminology from the University of Ottawa (2003) and received her LL.B from the University of British Columbia (2006). During her studies, she obtained a gold medal in International Commercial Arbitration and a silver medal for distinction in her undergraduate program.
 
Marnie was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007 and the Ontario Bar in 2009.
