Michael D. Saccucci

Michael D. Saccucci is an Associate in the Business Law and the Municipal & Planning Law Groups at Ross & McBride LLP.
 
Michael received an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and History from the University of Toronto and then attended the School of Law at the University of Manchester. After completing his law degree in the United Kingdom, Michael studied at Osgoode Hall at York University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
 
Michael articled with Ross & McBride LLP. During his articling term, Michael was involved in a broad range of matters and gained experience in many areas of law, including business litigation and business law.
 
Michael’s practice is focused on corporate / commercial law, as well as, municipal and administrative matters. Michael is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
 
Michael has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
 
In addition to his legal pursuits, Michael enjoys playing rugby, golfing, sailing and skiing. He is also a member of the Royal Canadian Yacht Club and the Georgian Peaks Ski and Snowboard Club.
