Robert B. Munroe

Bob Munroe’s sole focus is helping people with serious injuries get fairly compensated for their loss. He is certified as a specialist in Civil Litigation from the Law Society of Upper Canada, and was named Hamilton’s Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer of the Year in the publication Best Lawyers in Canada (2012 edition).
 
With more than 30 years’ experience, Bob has represented clients before all levels of courts and tribunals. His cases include serious injury caused by car accidents. Precedent setting cases he has been involved with have been published in leading law reports.

Bob Munroe is an award winner recognized by the Ontario Trial Lawyers for his “outstanding contribution and leading role in furthering excellence in advocacy skills in trial lawyers.” He has written and presented on many topics including twice at the Law Society of Upper Canada Special Lecture series: Medical Malpractice: Common Sense and Reasonable Inferences and An Overview of Pecuniary Damages in Personal Injury Claims.
