Marnie Foster joins the Business Law Group!

Marnie Foster joins the Business Law Group at Ross & McBride LLP, after working with a national law firm at their offices in both Vancouver and Toronto, and a multi-national law firm at their office in New York. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Science (Hons.) in Criminology from the University of Ottawa (2003) and received her LL.B from the University of British Columbia (2006). Marnie has gained extensive experience in all aspects of business matters, including direct involvement in transactional work such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, asset and share purchase transactions and secured and unsecured financings. Marnie was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007 and the Ontario Bar in 2009.
