Ross & McBride LLP is pleased to announce that Ryan Smith has become a trademark agent upon his successful completion of the trademark agent exam. Ryan now joins David van der Woerd in the practice of trademark law at Ross & McBride LLP. David and Ryan provide legal services in all areas of trademark law, including application and prosecution, oppositions, assignments, licensing, and post-registration matters.
In addition to trademark law, David and Ryan provide legal services in the fields of copyright law, including music and book publishing agreements, and computer law, including software development, software licensing, and website hosting and use agreements.
