Jon-David Giacomelli is a partner in the Business Litigation Group at Ross & McBride LLP and head of the firm’s International Legal Services Group. His practice encompasses a wide range of complex cross-border litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with an emphasis on private international law, enforcement of foreign orders, shareholders rights, creditors' rights, construction law and injunctive relief.
Jon-David is a frequent writer on issues related to private international law and in particular, cross-border litigation, dispute resolution and conflict of laws. He has spoken and lectured widely across the United States and abroad with respect to these issues.
He is a graduate of McMaster University B.A. (summa cum Laude) and Queen's University LLB.
