Paul C. Pop

Paul is an associate at Ross & McBride LLP, practising in the Business Law Group.
 
He obtained his B.Eng. (Electrical Engineering) from McMaster University and received his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario. Prior to law school, Paul practised engineering in the telecommunications industry.
 
Paul articled with Ross & McBride and during that time gained extensive experience in all aspects of business matters, including business incorporation, reorganization, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, purchase and sale of businesses and leasing, and in estate matters, including wills, trusts and estate planning. Paul returned to the Firm as an associate after his call to the Bar in June, 2008.
