Ted obtained his LL.B. from Queen’s University and his LL.M. (Alternative Dispute Resolution) from Osgoode Hall at York University in 2000. Ted has been practising law for over 25 years and his practise has evolved to the point where he now practises primarily in the areas of family law and wills and estates. Ted assists his clients in dealing with and resolving the legal issues that arise as the result of the breakdown of a relationship and does so in a sensitive and cost-effective manner. He also assists clients in resolving issues collaboratively by way of negotiation and then, only if necessary, through litigation. Ted also assists his clients in estate planning through the preparation of their Wills and Powers of Attorney; estate administration; and as counsel in estate litigation matters
