Wade Poziomka

Wade joined the Employment and Labour Law Group at Ross & McBride LLP after articling with the firm.
 
Wade obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto. After obtaining his law degree Wade was employed by a Judge of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, while simultaneously working for a prominent legal professor at the University of Toronto. During law school Wade spent several months in Geneva, Switzerland interning at the International Labour Organization and subsequently working for the ILO as an external consultant. Wade was also employed by the Toronto Regional Crown Attorneys’ Office in a research and policy position. Wade holds a Master of Arts degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
 
Wade has appeared and conducted hearings and trials in several courts and tribunals including the Ontario Court of Justice, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Ontario Labour Relations Board. Wade is an aggressive advocate on behalf of both employers and employees in non-unionized workplaces. In unionized workplaces Wade acts exclusively for employers.
