Municipal & Planning Law
The Municipal & Planning Group represents municipalities, other public bodies and private individuals, in matters relating to municipal affairs, land use planning and other public matters.
Members of this Group regularly provide advice to municipal councils and departments and to individuals having matters that involve municipal proceedings; with regular attendance at the Ontario Municipal Board, other tribunals, the civil law courts and in Provincial Courts regarding by-law and other charges.
