Andrew J. Spurgeon

Andrew is a Partner and serves as Chair of Ross & McBride. He practises exclusively in the Personal Injury Group.
 
He received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and his B.A. and M.A. from York University.
 
Appearing in all levels of courts in Ontario, including the Supreme Court of Canada, Andrew has also written many articles relating to insurance law, medical negligence and civil procedure.
 
Andrew has participated in and argued numerous precedent setting cases in personal injury and insurance law.
