Baldeep Virk

Baldeep is an associate at Ross & McBride LLP, practising in the Personal Injury Group.
 
After obtaining her B.A. (with Distinction) from McMaster University, she received her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
 
She has been working exclusively with the Personal Injury Group since 2003 and was called to the Bar in 2005.
 
Baldeep has developed extensive court experience, arguing various motions and conducting trials before the Superior Court of Justice. In addition, she has authored papers for the OBA Young Lawyers Newsletter and the Hamilton Law Association, and was a contributor to the OTLA updates.
 
Baldeep is dedicated to giving back to the community in her free time. She is a committee member on the City of Hamilton’s Committee Against Racism and Committee on the Status of Women. She also participates on the Clinical Ethics Committee for the Hamilton Health Science and Caregiver Support Committee for the Hamilton Brain Injury Association.
