Scope & Responsibilities

Our Litigation Department is currently looking for a full-time Law Clerk/Assistant, who is able to work in a fast-paced, extremely busy environment.

Skills & Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience as a law clerk, preferably in the area of Civil Litigation.  Experience with construction lien matters would be an asset, but not a requirement.    
 
The candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage priorities to ensure all deadlines are met, be able to multi-task, complete work with great accuracy, work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, take initiative when required, and be efficient with time management. 
 
The candidate will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which are necessary to draft correspondence and legal documents, schedule meetings and communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, lawyers, and other professionals.
