Adrianna received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2018. During her law studies, Adrianna obtained a position in the University’s prestigious technology law internship, where she researched copyright law and policy across Canada. Further, she mentored students through the Ontario Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and the University’s Women’s Legal Mentorship Program. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology, with a Concentration in Criminology, from Brock University.
Adrianna completed her articles with Ross & McBride LLP, through which she gained valuable experience in a variety of business law matters. She has returned to the firm as an Associate and currently practices in all areas of business law, including business incorporation, reorganization, shareholder agreements, purchase and sale of business agreements and commercial leasing.
Adrianna was raised in the Hamilton area and looks forward to representing clients in the region on corporate and commercial law matters. She enjoys cooking, travelling and watching the Toronto Raptors.
