Bob Munroe acts as Associate Counsel for Ross & McBride’s Personal Injury Law Group, where he works to help people with serious injuries get fairly compensated for their loss. As an award-winning litigator with a successful track record on trials and appeals at all levels of court, Bob focuses his practice on giving experienced advice to lawyers, and second opinions to their clients in high-value disputes. His goal is to use his many years of successful legal work and knowledge to help lawyers and their clients win the best possible results, efficiently and economically. He is a recipient of the John McLeish Award from the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association for his "outstanding contribution and leading role in furthering excellence in advocacy skills for trial lawyers." He has also been inducted into the McMaster University Alumni Gallery in recognition of his professional and community achievements. Bob has presented two LSUC special lectures: Medical Malpractice: "Common Sense and Reasonable Inferences"; and, "An Overview of Pecuniary Damages in Personal Injury Claims". During his career, he has been invited many times to speak about personal injury issues to professional associations including OTLA, LSUC, CBA, Advocates Society, and The Hamilton Law Association.
